Refund Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

1. Who This Policy Is From

This Refund Policy is provided by Project Buckingham Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (registration number 17263496), trading as probuck.ai ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to all paid subscriptions to the probuck.ai platform.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you have two options:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can request a refund directly through Paddle's self-service portal.
  • Contact us via our contact page and we will forward your request to Paddle for processing.

Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to the platform continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the organisation will be moved to an inactive state.

Cancellation outside the 30-day money-back window does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, but you may still request one via the channels in Section 4 and it will be considered on its merits.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse of the money-back guarantee (for example, repeated sign-up-and-refund cycles), or breach of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
